problems.
When you get in deep trouble with your taxes, there
is a tendency to want to just hide. In truth, you are far better off
dealing with the problem. You need tax help and we’re ready to work
for your interests.
Tax debt relief includes not only
settling a tax debt, but also reviewing tax returns and amending
them to reduce an existing liability. A knowledgeable tax preparer
from Credit Rate.net will work with
you to prepare accurate tax returns or review prior filings to
determine if amending the returns would be of benefit to you.
Experience is the key to providing the best possible assistance with
tax debt help issues, and we have gained the necessary experience
through years of providing tax representation and negotiation
service.
We offer following services:
Offer in Compromise. An Offer in
Compromise is an agreement between a taxpayer and the government to
settle a tax liability by paying less than the full amount owed. The
IRS may accept an offer when it is not likely that the tax liability
can be collected in full and the offer amount reflects what can be
collected over a reasonable period of time. The goal of the offer in
compromise is to collect what is reasonably collectible at the
earliest possible time and at the least cost to the government.
Garnishment/Levy. The government has rights to
seize assets in order to satisfy unpaid tax debt. The IRS may issue
a tax levy against an individual's wages, salary, and other income,
including fees, bonuses, and commissions. This is typically called a
wage garnishment. The IRS may also attempt to collect an unpaid tax
liability by issuing a tax levy against bank accounts. Through our
team of expert tax attorneys, enrolled agents, and CPA's, we can
negotiate the release of a wage garnishment if your employer has
received an order to withhold from your pay. We understand the need
to release the levy as quickly as possible, since it is very likely
that the levy will create a financial hardship. We can also
negotiate the release or modification of a bank levy, which will
likely leave you with no money in your account(s) to pay your bills
and may also cause checks to bounce.
Unfiled Tax Returns. We provide tax planning and
prepare tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
We especially focus on preparing returns for multiple years,
multiple states, and for non-filers. If you are considering whether
to prepare the tax returns yourself, there are several challenges
that may lie ahead of you. You must keep in mind that the tax laws
and forms change every year, and you may find it difficult to
research the necessary tax codes and/or obtain the necessary tax
forms. Also, you may be missing some or all of your records that
will be needed to prepare those returns. Furthermore, you may not
need to file tax returns for all of the years that you believe may
need filing. Let us assist you in determining which tax returns need
to be filed, and we will work with you to prepare those returns as
aggressively and ethically as possible. We will obtain all of your
records that are on file with the IRS, and possibly the state tax
agencies, and guide you in reconstructing any necessary information
or documentation that may be missing.
Installment
Agreements. An Installment Agreement is a payment
arrangement whereby the government allows a taxpayer to pay
liabilities over time. When applying for an installment agreement,
you propose the minimal amount that you will be able to pay each
month and the date on which you will make payments. The IRS will
either accept your proposal or work with you to modify it
appropriately. Once your payment plan is approved, you are
responsible for making monthly payments as specified in the terms of
your agreement until your debt is paid in full. As always, you will
be charged compounded interest and penalties on your balance. If you
cannot afford to make monthly payments and do not qualify for
another type of tax relief, such as an offer in compromise, we will
negotiate to have your account placed in a "currently not
collectible" status. By doing so, you will not be required to make
any payments and the IRS will not pursue collection
action.
These are not all types of tax debt relief service
that we offer to our customers. Tax debt relief comes in many
different forms, each of which varies depending on how much you owe,
to whom you owe it, your current financial situation, and any
applicable penalties.
While it take the IRS time to get

relief without professional IRS tax debt settlement help. If you
